How to make an appointment

Please call our main number 020 8573 1781 or 020 8573 2476 to make a routine appointment. we would be grateful if you would please ring after 11am for a routine appointment. This keeps the phone lines clear in the mornings for emergency appointments and home visits.

You can book/cancel your appointment on line. Please ask for the receptionists to give you a password to set you at.

Same day appointments

emergency appointments are for something that has happened overnight or you have had for the last couple of days that is getting progressively worse.

Role of reception

Our receptionists are here to help you. Protocols have been set up by doctors which the receptionists adhere to.

If you wish to discuss privately please ask the receptionists to take you to a separate room.

How do I arrange a home visit

Please telephone before 10-00a.m. if your require a hojme visit.

Home visits are down to the discreation of the doctor

<h3″>Why might it be difficult to get an appointment

At times it might be difficult to get an appointment our DNA – ‘Did not attend’ rate is VERY high. If you cannot make an appointment please telephone the surgery to cancel/or re-schdule it.

How to get travel vaccinations

Please telephone the surgery and book and appointment to see the nurse.

Please ensure that you leave plenty of time before you travel to have your travel injections

There might be a charge for some of the injections please check with the receptionist
